I mean, these homeless people would be living a higher quality of life than me if they had $100,000 a year that just went right, right to them.

Absolutely.

You know, a- and again, it's, it's, it's definitely corruption with NGOs, and it definitely comes from the g- local governments themselves.

Like in Baltimore, we have these things, they're not officially called this, but they're like quasi government agencies.

It's a public-private partnership where the city's giving them a lot of the funds and stuff, but they don't have the same oversight as an actual city agency would.

So the city can dump things, you know, they can dump money into things like the arts or homelessness and not have to explain where each and every dollar is going.

A- and it just adds to the corruption, you know?
