Was this a unique building? Was it designed by an architect or did this come as part of a different program?

I have to say that I'm in very disagreement, very disappointed in the mayor's comments on the condition of the building, on how he sees the building in the freedom of information that I've obtained through 384 pages.

It is very clear that the mindset is of the city for a very long time was let's get rid of this.

This is problematic for us for whatever reason that they still wouldn't even disclose within those documents.

The building was designed by Leslie Ferrer, a very prominent architect.

It's not a cookie cutter at all.

It has his signature on it.

Does that hamstring any community effort on this?
