But yourself growing up on a farm, what was the mental health implications? Because I always imagine it's quite isolating because it seems to be the family work on the farm, eat on the farm, and you don't have a massive community because you're in the field in the middle of nowhere.
4:39
Yeah.
4:39
I didn't really notice the isolation and the effects on mental health, probably until I came home full-time farming.
4:47
So there was a period in my life, I guess, that my dad wanted me to go to school, get an education, go to university, you know, get an education, because I felt like as a kid, he wasn't given that opportunity.
4:57
The stories that he tells, he was about 13 years old.

1:05
What's the rundown on this report, Will, about sort of snacking? I have to admit, these days I make a conscious effort to try and eat well and not snack as much but what's your take on it?
1:19
So I'm working with European Mushroom at the moment we did this really cool campaign and film not that long ago basically trying to encourage people to change their habits and don't necessarily we're not telling people to not snack but it's to snack smarter with the nice phrase sneaky mushroom snack time Because I feel like there's so many people that would snack, for example, if it's a sugary treat, if it's salty, something high in processed, and they But if you smack smarter, for example, with the mushrooms, and there's loads of different recipes and different ways that you can incorporate mushrooms into your daily life.
2:09
And to do that, you can just visit makeitamushroommoment.eu. There's so many benefits and so many positives for doing it.
2:18
For example, they contain B vitamins and vitamin D, reducing tiredness and fatigueness.
2:24
There's so many benefits.
2:25
And alongside that, they're delicious.
5:04
But let's say, for example, what are some of the recommendations you've got if someone sort of like, you know, wants a bit more flavor, but wants to, or any type of mushrooms out there as well, people can look out for too.
5:16
Yeah, look, I think there's so many different varieties of mushrooms that you and it's all, I guess, to people's particular tastes and different things like that.
4:00
