How did that change you personally and musically?

Yeah, quite a big impact.

I broke my neck and my back, woke up in the road being told that I was going to be airlifted to the hospital.

So there was like an hour or so there where I didn't really know what the damage might be and what the outcome was going to be.

So it does make you think about what you've achieved and what you've yet to achieve that, you know.

And one of the things at that time that I had wanted to do and still hadn't done was to have just a rock band with harmonica as the lead instrument in it.

So I started a band shortly after that called Bad Luck Friday, which I didn't want it to be a blues rock band.
