Do you think that's changing? Are you part of that change?

I would love to claim that I'm part of that change for sure.

But I don't, I don't know.

Cause like when I first started, you know, I get a lot of people asking me, this is how really hospitality FM, the podcast network really started was people asking me a lot of the same questions over and over again.

And one of the things is like, I always tell people, it's like, man, when I started in 2018, it was not a podcast with video.

It was a cheap mic that barely worked.

And I'm pretty sure, honestly, like if I go back and listen to some of the episodes didn't work because it was still really bad audio.

Can you talk us through how the opportunity came up and why you decided to pursue it rather than stay independent?

Like the ac- there's certain things that will be illegible or irreadeable to, uh, the LLMs.

Well, what you were saying, Brandy, I just had something happen this weekend.

I was looking at a place to book kinda month to month type of, uh, booking for a place in September, and I was using ChatGPT.

I was like, "All right, like what's the monthly cost of this place?" Like da, da, da, da, da, "Here's what my requirements are." I was doing the whole thing, and it was like, "Oh, it's about X amount a month." And I was like, "How do you know?" 'Cause I couldn't find it on the website.

I couldn't find it on, you know, any of the easy go-to places.

Couldn't even find it on the Google Maps, like suggestion piece and reviews.

And it said that it went to a Facebook group and found them posts about, like, in their Facebook group, they posted their monthly rental price for X, Y, and Z thing, and that's where it got the X amount.
