I hate to break it to everybody [laughs] in this room, but we'd be playing over there if we weren't the way we are.

No problem.

So as the other interior guy, I, I look at it a little differently.

First of all, in that scenario, I wanna know who we're playing, who's coming in, uh, 'cause it's a difference between a guy that you haven't seen in a while or you see the saps and the guys of that nature that you have one on one, 'cause I usually get that three technique on that side, and we're moving to the left because our quarterback's right-handed.

So it's trying to figure out who's coming in, who's going out, what's the next play, what are we running? We need nine.

Are we gonna basically play it straight and try to make the play in the air? Are we gonna go screen, or are we gonna go draw? Are we gonna do those different things to try to roll the dice? Um, but it's all predicated off that set.

Get your set, get ready and mindset of understanding what you're gonna do, how you're gonna do it, where you're gonna go, where your hands are gonna go, and then there's always that secondary recovery plan.

And there has to be a violence and a physicality, a mindset of like, "I'm going to enforce my will against that human being," and I think that's lost sometimes.

Do you think they change it up in this game and try to play more balanced or take away the pass, or do you just, every time you're playing Saquon Barkley, you gotta be like, "Look, first priority is stop the run and we'll take our chances with Jalen Hurts"?

Well, and that's that given, give-and-go g- that gamble.

Am I gonna gamble to get the arm and the leg of Jalen or I'm gonna get Saquon in the backfield? Uh, for me, you know, hey, they're saying, "Hey, can we take Saquon out of the game?" And basically say, "You're gonna have to pass and make those things happen." It also depends on the strength of the defense at the moment.

If you got great DBs, then yeah, yeah, that's what you're gonna do.

Take the run away, let our DBs play man-to-man and see what they can do.

If not, you go vice versa and say, "Look, we'll give him his yards underneath.

We're gonna help the secondary by giving us some more push things back there so that you can make things happen."
