Yeah, uh, so my entire career I've been in television.

I've been a, a television...

I started at the very bottom as a teleprompter, field teleprompter operator, and worked my way through almost every position in television.

Uh, I'm currently now an executive in the television space, where I help to develop content for different purposes, for different people.

Um, in 2020, like most people, when the world was shutting down, my existential crisis was just beginning.

And so I looked at myself in the mirror, did not like who I had become as this te- television personality.

What difference does it make for you on a day-to-day basis, would you say, to have that awareness now that perhaps, you know, six years ago you didn't have that same awareness? What difference does it make on a day-to-day basis now to have that awareness?
