Talk about the spirit of cooperation and communication as pertains to your colleagues, because clearly they're going to be a lot of very pressing issues that you're going to have to face directly in all of this and being able to kind of absorb the way things are being done in the County Commission, but more importantly, being able to get along with your colleagues to come up with the best answers to some very complicated and difficult questions that may come down the road.

Yeah, I think that this new body is quite interesting because it's one of the first times in a while that there have been this many new commissioners coming in, more so than the current body has, which will be five.

I think it's going to take us sitting down and just, you know, really focusing on.

The top three things that we want to agree upon that we need to get done in Shelby County.

And I think you've listed those.

I think those are no brainers for us.

But I just want everybody and I'm looking forward to working with everybody because at the end of the day, we all lay our heads down in Shelby County and we want the best for Shelby County.

How valuable is that type of experience for you that you bring to this body of individuals?
