But target value design I think is one of the most important concepts, and all that means is designing to a budget.

It's a fancy word to say that at the end of the design, we're going to hit a certain target.

So that is an essential foundational principle of the work that we use.

And then I also want to say that I think that there are two huge problems in the construction industry that are currently unsolved that we're helping to solve.

One of them is decision making.
