that's fair.
11:50
Because they just, you see the growth that they have, but you also see their excitement and the joy that they find when something goes right.
11:59
And you know how they react when something goes wrong.
12:01
And sometimes I feel like they handle that better than I do as an adult.
12:04
So you get to learn something from them as well.
12:20
Tell us about what that has been like for you.
12:24
Well, Alec and Lauren have been amazing individuals before Rosé to me.
12:30
And when they started this, there was no way that I couldn't be a part of it.
23:21
... like how are you, how are you preparing for this physically?
23:23
So I think physically with Tor, the name of the game is two things: one, climbing speed, two, muscular durability.
23:33
The muscular durability is the component that's, in the long term, going to make you able to run the downhills, uh, w- you know, when you've already done 60,000 feet of downhill running.
23:45
Uh, I think, like, and, like d- running fitness I don't think even like plays that much of a component, because you can't-- You know, like in order to get yourself above zone two running downhill, you'd have to just be running so hard that you'd be obliterating your legs.
24:04
So you're-- Like even if you're running well and running with the front of the pack, you're running at a prizzy, at a, at a fairly easy pace aerobically downhill.
24:12
It's just a matter of your muscles disintegrating on you.
24:15
So I think that, yeah, we, Jack and I did a lot of work on making my legs as strong and as durable as possible.

He finished second last year, and he's, you know, a veteran here, but, uh, what, what are your thoughts on that? Maybe explain the context to the audience too.

So what's your approach to match play or what's your attitude about it?
70:49
I'd say match plays.
70:51
I love match play.
70:52
I think it's very, very awesome.
70:54
I think it can go either way.
70:57
And I would say both when I won the UJGA last year and then this one just barely, I'd say the putter is what wins matches, I would say.
71:06
Making putts is what can get the job done.

Just what's the difference in something like
9:58
How are you feeling with the grind and the drain of the demands of this tournament?
10:03
Honestly, feeling pretty good.
10:05
I mean, I'm not, like, drained at all.
10:08
Since I got a caddy, I'm not having to push or carry my bag, which is very helpful.
10:14
So, yeah, feeling ready for tomorrow.
10:16
And I could play another 18 right now.
10:29
Yeah.
10:30
Yeah, I mean, I love Jackson.
