So tell us, when you're in this situation now, what are you experiencing? That's a good- something I hadn't thought about was the realtors and people in the process of buying and selling homes right now.

Well, and I have several in the process, so it's, each one of them is different.

But it seems like a regular thing I'm hearing is, "Let's delay for a day, delay for two days." Some people can't delay, and they wanna continue to move forward.

Uh, but where I'm having the biggest problem is you can't really final walk through inspect something in the dark.

And the biggest problem we're running into is he could go in there and stand around, but he can't check things and make sure they work properly without the electricity working properly.

So, it, there's a whole process in this and, you know, it's slow and steady.
