Yeah.

And look, from over the 22 years, things have really grown for us from sort of what was a couple of us at the beginning that would send every email and answer every phone call and send every invoice.

We now have a team of 20 full-timers across the three different brands that support all of these different inquiries all across the country.

Beyond the boardroom was actually a competitor of ours.

And during COVID, I still remember this day where I rang around a lot of my competitors in the team building space.

All the bookings had gone.

All of our staff were on JobKeeper and things were very, very quiet in terms of team building.

So what are the most common mistakes organizations make when planning team activities and what should admins be looking for when comparing providers, I guess?

What do you make of that?

So this is what I've observed from everybody that I've spoke to and everything that I've seen.

It just depends on the individual what's going to happen as far as their experience with it.

Because some people seem to go much longer and much farther with it than others.

Like there's some people who end up stopping after a few years and there's some people who can go full on decades with it.

I think that, like I said, this comes down to what kind of nutrients they have stored.

It's definitely not something I, as far as the health effect, it's definitely not something I think is noticeable in the first five to seven years.

What about people who, on ethical grounds, that they don't believe in eating animals, they don't believe in subjugating animals? What do you make of that? Just personal beliefs, that they believe it's wrong to be cruel to animals.
