So, Will, what were you seeing and advising people to do on farm five years ago? And what pushed you to sort of change through that time?

Yeah, well, I suppose I kind of wear two hats.

I mean, I've got the consultancy hat and then the farming hat as well.

So sort of involved in the farm at home in terms of decision making and things like that.

So Five years ago, I was in more commercial agronomy, which was a different sort of system, which I enjoyed, but I felt like it wasn't going in the direction I wanted it to for my career.

So I joined Terra Farma two years ago to really go down the soil health, sustainability and resilience route, really looking at taking a step back, getting farms to do the basics really well before you kind of look ahead at more of the, uh, newer products out there or the, the next big thing, um, in terms of biological.

So kind of in terms of, um, consultancy, it was a change in mindset of looking at the more soil health focus.
