But how's things so far through your first couple of rodeos?

We've got a lot of positives.

We've got some kids that are doing good, some kids that... are just making some mistakes, but some rookie mistakes and things that we can, you know, things we can improve on.

But, I mean, Sloan Stewart's done a great job as a freshman.

He's winning the all-around right now.

Winning the steer wrestling.

I mean, top three in the team roping, doing well in the calf roping.

If you don't mind, would you like to speak on Bank First for just a little?

[laughs]

Um, and, uh, yeah, you know, I spent a week at Coleman's house and gosh, that was the most fun I've had in a long time.

And I really forgot how much I enjoyed roping because, uh, steer wrestling's just kind of taken over my rodeo career, obviously.

And, um, I would find myself getting ready to go to my brother-in-law's house to go team rope, and which my brother-in-law helped me, he had, had it and heeled for me.

Uh, but I'd be getting in the shower that night, get to leave the next morning to go to his house, and I'd be just as giddy, and I'd tell Jenna, like, "I'm really excited about..." Like, i- when you go practice steer wrestling anymore, it's like, "Yeah, you know, it's, you know, we're going to practice," whatever.

But, like, I really truly enjoyed getting ready for the timed event, and I can't wait to do it again.

Yeah

... what was going on.
