And that's a big step forward.

Now we, we've seen enough transactions covering, uh, Asian cat perils.

We're regularly seeing cat bonds and, and others being developed, and I think it's only gonna get stronger.

There's great news this week from our home market, Singapore, that the MAS has put a PCC framework in place, and we'll look to kind of establish that framework and offering for, for the ILS market, uh, kind of, uh, in the future.

And I think that's only a positive to allow that type of structure which will kind of reduce costs, allow more flexibility, and really allow what may not be critical mass or economically efficient size transactions to happen in the SPRB world, to happen within the PCC kind of sale structure.

What are the growth areas? Where, where do you think there's opportunity to, I guess, diversify?
