You know, for us, we had to get call it three to five investors to get, you know, somewhere between forty, fifty percent of your fund, and then that creates that scarcity value.

Whereas when you have an anchor, it creates a scarcity value a little bit, which you can kind of force pace on your LPs to kind of finalize their diligence, get through their processes, and, you know, make an investment decision or not.
