imdb describes the film as an underemployed reporter finds himself literally purchased as a toy for a rich spoiled brat which i think pretty much covers it and my 94 year old dad is on a break right now so we're just going to jump right into this movie dying to know what you guys thought of the toy

i didn't love it um i don't know i this is like a couple weeks ago now i gotta try and remember but here but It was a little long, you know how I feel about long comedies, and I don't know what it is about Richard Pryor.

I didn't grow up in his era.

I know he's a brilliant stand-up.

I haven't really watched his specials, but in movies, I don't find him that funny.

I don't know what it is.

It was a little slapsticky.

He was neglected.

um i didn't love this movie it's it's kind of like a like a bad mushroom trip to be honest it was like i don't know it felt like like a middle school's like short story that kind of got turned into a script like even just some of the names like everyone had like a weird different name and then the main character's name was jen I was like, what are we doing here? I don't know.

And then the story, it was just, I don't know.

I wasn't super, super into it.

Couldn't really get into the world and stuff.

But the puppeting was cool.

I like an all-puppet movie.

yeah very rare that i get lost in a world in a movie and this was one of those
