But how did the animals relate to this? Are they getting, are they coming into graze specifically the cover crop during that winter and during those few days and then getting off the land again? Is that how it works?

Yeah, for the most part.

So we have two different case studies, basically.

One, which is a corn, soy, wheat farmer who already has a small herd of cows.

And in the United States, that's pretty common, but it's becoming less and less common.

So most of those farmers are selling off their cattle to the huge feedlot If you would have come around my part of the country, maybe 50 years ago, almost any farm, no matter what they were growing, would have had a few cattle because they're great to graze down extra fields and then their food for the family who's growing the food.

We're seeing that a lot less.
