Grace and wisdom.
15:44
Um, he is, uh, he, he...
15:47
But, you know, the, the more time that I spend with him, I feel, the more I am identifying, uh, and again, it's probably just my imagination, but identifying, uh, biases and, um, opinions about each caller.
16:05
And so I have, I lean into that some because I have a much worse poker face than Anthony Fauci does.
16:11
Um, but he, he's, he's so, he relies on his immense knowledge, and he puts it to very good use with people who, in my opinion, don't necessarily deserve that sort of, uh, caretaking and reasoning.
18:52
I'm curious how people have responded to the show, especially after COVID.
18:57
You know, I think a lot of people are having a similar experience that, that I had to this piece, which is that I didn't have, uh, I had basically no familiarity with Fauci before the pandemic.
19:13
Um, and I, uh, I'm embarrassed to say I didn't know much about the AIDS crisis before I went to college really.
0:39
How did you guys get involved? And, you know, what was the process of getting involved with this project, essentially? And Will, if you'd like to go first.
0:47
Sure, I got sent the script and I got sent the short film that had been made.
0:53
And there was in the email that was sent was said, if you respond to this, like we'll set up a meeting with the director.
1:03
And I think I got like, ten pages in, and I said, yes, I would like to have a meeting with the director.
1:11
And then I finished the script.
1:13
And it, I didn't watch the short for a while because I was so sure that I wanted to do it.
1:21
And basically got on a Zoom with Giselle, the director, and begged her to let me be in it.
5:06
We've got very little time just to sort of share with us how your experience and kind of this journey as performers, how did it begin? And if we start again with you, Will, what was your journey? How did it start?
11:06
And did you find that sort of auditioning came easily to you early on, right out of college? No,
11:13
no.
11:14
You know, auditioning was...
11:18
I really enjoy auditioning, but I had a hard time controlling my nerves auditioning.
11:26
And it sort of felt like my nerves got in the way of... of like the performance that I wanted to give.
11:39
And so in college, I, um, in college, I learned some bad lessons outside of classes, which were like, um, I drank a lot in college.
11:54
I was like a real alcoholic.
