And I do wonder for you, as we're talking about all these different films and all these scenarios and all these things, what do you think is the key point that makes a movie or a series or a story really stick? Is it the characters? Is it the story arc that you talked about? Is it something else? What is it? Or is it a combination of the things? Yeah, I think it's a
Will AttenboroughGUEST
I guess there's this sort of core elements to any great story and it's sort of following a character going through adversity.
Will AttenboroughGUEST
I mean, that's kind of the kind of classic, style of any western story and it triggers all those kind of brain trigger points I was mentioning earlier the dopamine is the part that makes you go I want to know what happens next what happens next is this character going to get through this particular challenge and the empathy that you feel for that character if it's Luke Skywalker you know who's trying to avenge his family you feel empathy for him because you care about that on a human level so I don't know that there's It's not necessarily easy to say, well, that story really worked because of that character was so great.
Will AttenboroughGUEST
But I do think you have to... you have to get people to kind of fall in love a little bit.

Dianna ColasurdoHOST
Can you talk a little bit about, I think first, almost like taking a little bit of a step back, what even is a rider for people that aren't in the industry? And then how are you impacting change in the screen industry, if that is the right way to describe it, to help people? impact positive change with sustainability and climate and the work that you're doing with actors?

Will AttenboroughGUEST
Again, very nerdy, but it's this really kind of interesting space where it's the last thing any of us want to think about, right? Like is our insurance.
Will AttenboroughGUEST
But when you kind of dwell on it for a moment, you realize, well, if my house floods, if there's a wildfire, I want to know that I'm insured.
Will AttenboroughGUEST
The irony is that a lot of the big insurance companies will also insure and underwrite coal fields and oil fields and gas plants and LNG pipelines.
Will AttenboroughGUEST
And so I ended up working in that sector to basically campaign and kind of convene the insurance industry to... move in a better direction.

It reminds me how powerful it is to have diverse voices in organizations because that's all you then need is you need just one or two champions who can open doors for people like you and then just transform an industry.
