Are there right types of questions that you should be asking the clients versus are there wrong types of questions when the client initially like either enters your inbox, gives you a phone call, fills out your form? Is there I feel almost like red flags and green flags, like what's a green flag of a question? What's a red flag of a question?
15:07
That's an interesting question because I haven't really thought about it like that.
15:10
I generally think about it as just like leading with curiosity, just general curiosity.
15:16
So if I get a phone call or a new inquiry, my goal is to ask as many questions as possible and to talk as little as possible.
15:25
Like in the first 20 or 30 minutes of meeting someone, it is my goal to understand who they are, what they're looking for, why they've reached out to me, how I can potentially support.
15:36
And then if we get, you know, 20 or 30 minutes in that everything they've shared with me feels aligned with the services that I'm offering, then I'll share with them what I do and how I work and how we can collaborate.
15:49
But my first priority up front is just lead with curiosity, you know? Awesome.

Are you finding that there's something that helps to close once you're presenting these options? Is it written when you're presenting options? Is this like you're sending them an itinerary and you're sending notes? Is this you're jumping on a call with them? Is this you sent them a video recording? What are you finding works best to close the sale quickest?
