it's context versus control, right? A lot of people have issues with giving the team enough information without micromanaging them.

Nobody likes a micromanager and it happens often and founders think they're being helpful, right? Like they're like, oh my gosh, like I am just the best boss.

Like I'm so great to work with when like you're actually being a nitpicker and you're being a micromanager.

And so, context is the why, right? You give context, that is the why behind what you're asking someone to do.

And control is like, this is how and exactly how to do it, right? So a lot of founders will default to control, right? Again, they think they're being helpful, or maybe it is just like, they just can't let go of control.

Why should someone hire someone like you to come in and help everything be set up properly versus just using ChatGPT, copying and pasting Google Docs, sharing it with employees and think that's all they need to do?
