No, I love talking about conflict.

I have a couple of my spheres that I've worked in and been a part of.

I have said oftentimes that I actually, I love it.

I enjoy it, but I never want to create it, right? I don't like to create the problem, but I love being involved in the middle of it, trying to help find the solutions.

You mentioned conflict and people seeing it as a fire, I think part of the problem is you let it get to that point.
