What inspired that name, and what do you hope readers immediately understand before they even open the first page?
0:43
Well, when I first had what I call a gratitude attack, I didn't have words for it, and it came from a time when I was processing a lot of grief.
0:57
I was on a walk, and I mean, I was not even trying to be grateful.
1:02
I have learned to process all my emotions with God and just to press in close, as close as possible, when I'm going through difficult times, and that's what I was doing.

3:08
Well, it's the
3:08

3:18
What I was doing for quite a few years, I went through a really difficult divorce.
3:27
And then a couple of years later, got diagnosed with cancer.
3:31
And it was just like hard thing after hard thing.
3:34
What? I went through a really difficult divorce.
3:37
And then a couple of years later, oh, and was being erased by family, which is... a very painful thing.
