but he done amazing you know and and had a bear kind of get after him and and turn at him and and you know he turned and got away from the bear pulled himself out of the situation and and i was happy to see that so i wasn't scared to take him first trip out was was Interesting to say the least.

He did the puppy thing.

You know, I walked, Scotty hunted and he hunted.

But when Scotty and I got away from him, he was doing the young dog thing, trying to figure out where I went.

And I was sitting on the end of a big flat ridge with the mountain to my back.

And he was in front of me down below me about 200 yards.

and and that's the tricky part right it's you know this i know this anyone the start dogs know this that there's almost no risk in waiting to 12 14 15 months old before you really start putting the hunting in a dog like if it's a well-bred dog it's gonna have it in them like it's more important that you bond it's more important with just normal everyday behaving like a dog like social interaction with other dogs social interaction with humans going into town going in your car like all these small everyday things is more important than can it hunt at six or twelve months old right but well it's so easy to say that you should wait but then stuff happens

But the way you live and the way you have your dogs, there's an occasional black bear strutting over your yard.

I heard Scotty and Ursa, you know, tree 75 yards from my house.

And there's a, there's a great big pine tree and a row of trees behind my house.

But there are so many just pet breeds that's a better fit than for dog buyer to not have that struggle and not have that fight.
