I, well, well, first, first I'll back, back, back up and just say it's one of the coolest things that I've gotten a chance to do, and, and I've gotten to do some really cool stuff.

Mart came up

fast, so we're not expecting opening inside of 12 to 18 months.

But we are going to make it kind of a multi-use facility.

We have lots of ideas and lots of people that are interested in it.

But first and foremost, we'll get the brewery going in there.

Then we'll start some kind of a restaurant of some kind, and then everything else will follow after that.

So have people been asking, like, something's going on in there in the old PV Mart?

It has been kind of interesting.

It was so, such a great performance

performanceIt, it was such a cool layer to play because then, then at that point, point, you even think about it, even with us being in the club that whole thing is an act.

And I think that we, we've all been to there, that point where, "Hey, man, yeah, we're doing this," but then I'm in the corner talk- talking to my guy.

"Oh, no, no, I'm with you, I'm with you." Ha- having to carry that, that act up until you're like, "Look, man, I can't do this anymore.

This is the truth." What, what a gift to be able to play that dichotomy.

And in a sitcom you don't get to do that in a sitcom a lot, and I'm such a snob with the stuff that makes me laugh, which I feel we all should be.

So I love when you can have your cake and eat it, too.

In the day and age in which we find ourselves with the government, uh, that we find ourselves with and the world being what it is, how do you use your art and your sense of humor to help yourself and to help others?

Yeah, let's hear what he has to say.

Well, my answer would be, um, just trying my absolute best to put some light out there.

We do improvisation, we make folks laugh, right? So, my aim is to get on stage, whether it's in front of a few thousand people, uh, a couple people, um, and just bring some light.

'Cause if I can make someone else laugh, then I make myself laugh.

(laughs)

"Actually, listen to the rest of the conversation so you can be involved in it." So I go, "Okay, I'm making up conversation.

I have to follow the same rules that I follow on stage with this person in real life, and then that will help me in relationships," and blah, blah, blah.

So, we thought, "Okay, let's have conversations with people." And out of that conversation, just, just like we're doing, stuff will come.

So as long as, as...

And I have people that I'm fans of, so I get a chance to go, "Oh, hey, I know this about you, and I know that about you.

So what about bla, bla, bla, bla, bla?" And then we get into the, "Well, I know that you went to Chicago for such and such, and you were bla, bla, bla.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I'm, and, and make your life miserable and make me miserable so I make your life more miserable, and then we got a kid and da, da.

So after we sorted that out-There was always love.

And then we said, "No matter what, we're going to be family because we're gonna do this" as opposed to some people say, "Let's be friends" or, "Let's take, stick this out for the child." We said, "We're gonna do this because we need to keep our relationship, and she will prosper if we are on the same page." And shout out to Mandy.

Uh, w- she is the reason that we stayed friends.

She, she did a lot of the grunt work and, and, and put up with me, and a, a lot of me needing a lot of therapy, and to talk things out, and to try to develop and really mature and grow up, and, and do a lot of the parenting work that I didn't have as a kid.

I needed to parent myself and change, change the way that I did, did things.
