What does this mean to you, both personally, but more importantly, for your health system, the heart team, as well as the evidence gathering?
37:33
Yeah.
37:34
Thanks, Roxanne.
37:34
And when I answer this question, I'm wearing the hat of a, number one, a physician doing procedures, an interventional cardiologist, number two, chair of the STS-ACC-TVT registry, with Vino on my right just having finished his tenure in that regard, and also as someone who has a lens from the health system perspective as president of a service line.

Number one, Congratulations to the folks, the architects, of the ecosystem that we created to evaluate this technology.
38:09
We can't underemphasize the importance of that.
38:12
The technologic innovation has been fantastic, but equally impressive has been the ecosystem we've built.

working on it.

Do you think there are basic or necessary skills that you've learned in the MBA that you feel like, oh gosh, everybody should be learning this? Every interventionalist should be thinking about self-awareness or system dynamic or organizational behavior because this will make their lives much better.
8:20
Yeah.
8:20
Uh, there's no question that there is a certain amount of learning that is extracted from an executive MBA that absolutely benefits, um, any cardiologist or any person in medicine, uh, who's working within a health system.
8:35
There are some basic elements of a, of an MBA, and you've referred to several of those skillsets that you can learn, that you can apply immediately.
8:44
I also found that it helped me personally in my personal finance and understanding just simple financial decisions that I have to make for my family.
8:52
I benefited from that.
8:53
Um, but I'm not sure that everybody needs to take an executive MBA to get those skillsets.
