So you can't tell if the hangover is from the beer or from the tap you've been drinking out of in the bathroom.

But there is a bigger sort of issue from this, which is contamination of water, which does happen.

So we've talked about how it tastes when it comes out of your tap and that's what water companies provide to the customers.

We do get instances where we get contamination of that water.

So we provide it to the customer and it's safe as it leaves our treatment works and it's safe as it goes through the network.

But things can happen.
