How, how big, how growing is the demand there? What does it mean for Martin Marietta?
32:21
Well, the fact is, it, it means a lot for Martin Marietta.
32:23
I think it means a lot for the nation as well.
32:25
So the building in that space continues to be robust.
32:27
It's gonna be interesting to watch how that plays, because if we were looking at this several years ago, it was all about Northern Virginia.
32:34
Now not so much.
32:34
Now it's a lot about Texas.
33:34
Um, how does it speak to how your portfolio is changing as well? We're talking about copper at record highs, but we've been tracking so many different types of critical minerals and, and, and materials in general that are going into this industrial side of the economy.
32:36
How does this deal play a role in what we're seeing in terms of the AI infrastructure build-out, semiconductor fabrication? Is the timing meant to align with that, or do you think it will be just a piece of, of what you're hoping to achieve here?
32:49
That's an important piece of it, but it's a serendipitous piece of it.
32:52
So if you look at this overall LeWast footprint, it tends to be Southern based, and so is ours.
32:58
So it marries up very nicely with ours.
33:00
And to your point, what we're seeing in data centers is Texas now has literally turned into ground zero for that.
33:06
And when we say ground zero, it's interesting because you're having to build them up from the ground, and that's exactly where we're playing.
33:12
So what's happening in this is the Texas Department of Transportation has actually speced in lime as a product to help really underscore clay-rich soils to make them more prepared for either big, heavy infrastructure or for big, heavy data centers.
33:44
Why are you guys have-- Why do you have the right strategy versus theirs?
23:12
It's very clear from your Annals Day presentation that there are many, many levers that you have to do even better than you're doing now, and you are doing sensationally.
23:23
Well, thank you.
23:24
The company has done really well.
23:25
And part of that's team, because if you don't have the right team, it doesn't work.
23:28
Geography is really important.
23:30
And we've nailed that, I believe.
23:32
And we also have culture.
26:16
And one of the things I discovered was the best performing stock over the last 100 years Is Vulcan Materials your competitor? I mean, is it just a great business to be in? I mean, I don't know how much better they are than you.
