I did not understand it at the time.

It took me a while to process it because I really did think that I could go far into the game.

And I think that everybody who knew me felt that way too, because I am positive and energetic and basically fun to be around.

Not a gloomy person, not a complainer.

And I think It just didn't meet my expectations what happened.

you like writing, though? Did you enjoy that when you would do it?

And I love you, and I wish you were easier to get ahold of than we're on social media.

Oh, Coby, I remember our conversations there at that, uh, in those first couple of days there by the water and, and the talk that we did have about the difficulties, the challenges that we were having in our lives, our families or whatever.

And when we had the pick 'em game, I believe you were standing behind me.

They sort of gave the instruction as, uh, when they told us to line up, uh, on that line in the sand on the beach, tall in, tall in back, short in front.

And I believe you were behind me and I heard you say, uh, "Oh, this is so unfair.

Like, I never get picked in this kind of thing.

I've, I've been in schoolyard pick 'ems and, and I've never gotten picked and this is just so unfair." And I was standing in front of you and I was thinking I could say, "Oh, Coby, I'll pick you," but I thought I was gonna be one [laughs] of the first picked.
