All in all, we cannot choose the life that we were given.

So we move across the land, to sky, to sea.

I think they have some influence, but I don't think that they have power necessarily.

for a musician or an artist.

which is very interesting.

But in order for me to keep my sanity, I don't adhere to trends of online trends and stuff like that.

I just go the course, I show the music, show a personality and things that I love and believe in.

And I think that's enough.

So I just continue on with that.

So that's like one half of my art, let's say.

It sounds like one of the other big influences on the album is the Israel's War on Gaza which happens around the same time it seems like as Kevin's passing it sounds like it's just a tough time like I mean a dark time for you as well that you've just kind of got to get through i mean like were you thinking about music and the next album at that time or is it just like just gotta get up the next day

I guess when you were going through the process of writing it, was it something that you were trying to control or something that you were just trying to channel?

Honest to God, it came in the most natural way possible.

It came when I couldn't really do much else, only cry or sit and think or stare.

That's when I found myself with a guitar in my hand or that's when I found myself writing non-stop.

So there was a really entirely subconscious in the true sense of the word, a subconscious process.

Before I knew it, I had like 15, 20 songs written in a year.

And my team was like, well, how are you getting on? Like, can you show us anything? And I said, geez, I have like 20 songs written.

But did you look back in the album and your 20 songs and everything, and you've got this album now and you're like, this is all the things I was trying to say? Or was it a case of, no, there's some stuff I just couldn't, this is the things that I wanted to put out.
