Well, what's funny is, so I was really proud of myself because I learned CPR, and I'm walking around the office about a month after it, and it occurred to me, what happened if, what happens if I go down again? Would Juanita across the hall, would she know what to do? So I called the American Heart Association and they came to our office and they taught all of our office people CPR.

Well, I'm in the oil business, and we have operations, um, all over the state of Texas, New Mexico, and Louisiana.
29:58
So we went a step further.
29:59
The American Heart Association went to our field locations and taught, um, our field o- our field people how to do CPR.
30:07
So I'm happy to report that we have now trained over 100 people in our company, um, with CPR.
30:14
So that way if, if a coworker, if a family member, if a stranger, if they were to go down, they would have the confidence and the know- To immediately hop in and start performing CPR and hopefully save a life.

It is so important to spread that message, you know, not only to help the world and help your community, but also selfishly to help yourself.
