When did you realize that giving executives access to increasingly powerful, generic AI wasn't enough and that the real problem was the architecture surrounding the intelligence?

Yeah, so I did build companies.

I was in cybersecurity for quite a few years.

And that had AI all embedded in it.

We were using our artificial intelligence inside cybersecurity for years.

A different form of it, of course.

It wasn't the LLMs.

Walk me through the difference between asking a powerful AI model a question and building an intelligent system that actually understands an organization.

Came from a very technical family.

My dad was an engineer.

And so I grew up around computers and engineering, even in the 70s and 80s, when that was very abnormal to be around computers.

My dad, even in the late 70s, built his own TV from a kit.
