Tell us a little bit about your early life growing up in Adelaide and what prompted you to move to Houston?

Um, yes, obviously proud South Australian, um, grew up down at West lakes and, um, family's still down there.

Um, yeah, spent all my childhood in South Australia, uh, went to school in the city and, um, yeah, played all my golf around here.

And then, um, I guess the Houston part of it come from a university, um, scholarship, I guess that was the way that I could, um, further my career in golf.

Um, yeah.

Back then we had the Australian Institute of Sport, which was in Canberra at the time, and that was an option.

Then the Victorian Institute of Sport, which was largely for Australians, so neither of them really fit what I wanted to do.
