In this context, what are the implications for cities in the Middle East?

So first of all, allow me to illustrate what is the old migration and the new migration.

In the old times, classically, you know, 100 years ago, people were taking a boat from Europe to the US.

They would take their family.

They would take all their things.

They would go to New York, let's say, and they would live there.

And they would almost cut the links with where they used to live.

And given that there is a delinkage between where your work is and where you live, I think you're going to see multiple different kinds of archetypes of cities emerging.
