Why choose an app as the avenue to create the solution?
3:47
Exactly that.
3:48
I think in 2026, the rise of Claude has just been astronomically like that.
3:54
And I was just seeing my clients and my ideal clients and people in my community just start using it for so many different things, especially content.
4:05
You know, we really saw a huge change inside my membership and group programs from people submitting content for review that was 100% theirs to almost every piece having those like AI tells in them.
4:18
Right.
4:19
And so when you have content that is very obviously AI, especially your sales pages or sales emails.

What have been some of your favorite client results so far that you feel are are directly attributed to the app allowing them to achieve something that maybe the membership or a group program alone couldn't do? Like, what is that competitive advantage that you're seeing come through because of the app use?
4:22
So what problem were you solving when you kind of decided that that was the membership that you wanted to build? Yeah.
4:28
so um the the kind of how this all came about is that i launched my program sales spice at the end of uh last year and i enrolled this amazing group of people and we dug straight into you know black friday launch let's you know we did like a challenge let's make your investment back in the program before the end of the year uh we've got black friday it's christmas period people are buying like let's hit the ground running with your you know courses memberships masterminds and make some sales and and um and that all went incredibly well like so many of them made tons of sales around that time and then when it came to the new year they were like right let's go again let's launch again in sort of January February time and then suddenly sales felt harder and slower um not for everyone but you know it was a common theme that I was noticing and when because in that program I get into people's data I'm like looking at your sales pages your clicks your emails everything and The big thing that I noticed for these people were that they actually had amazing conversion rates.
5:27
Like they'd worked on their offer.
5:28
They'd worked on their messaging.
5:30
They had worked on, you know, client results and they had a great offer that was getting great results.
5:37
But when we looked deeply at the numbers, they just did not have enough people seeing their stuff.
5:43
They didn't have enough people like joining their email list or kind of growing their audience enough between those launches.

4:49
Mm-hmm.
4:49
And I, I just felt this calling to keep teaching, and I noticed this huge gap in the online education industry, which I now call the results gap, and it was the gap between how many of us enroll in programs, courses, memberships, and versus how many of us actually get a result with what we're enrolling in.
5:08
And I'm, like, a kind of, like, a puzzle person, right? I was like, "I wanna figure this out." Like, why is this, like, such a billion-dollar industry, but with such a low result rate, like 2% for self-paced courses, less than 20% for live programs? I was like, "Something's not adding up here." And it wasn't true for me, because my courses, my programs always had huge results rates, and I was like, "I wanna find out what's going on." So I pivoted my business at the beginning of 2022, and I closed down my membership, and I just went all in on teaching course creators, coaches, entrepreneurs almost, like, how to teach online, how to teach in their classes, their courses, and programs.
5:45
And since then, I've worked with over 300 course creators, entrepreneurs on their courses and programs, and I've loved getting behind the scenes of their what's going on in their courses and programs, why their students aren't getting results, and I've learned a lot, and now that's what I apply to what I do now So what I do is I work with, um, yeah, course creators, coaches, experts on curriculum design, but it's more than curriculum design.
6:10
It's the whole learning experience.
6:13
It's how to engage your clients, how to facilitate an experience so they can get results, how to make your offers interactive, engaging, and how to make them stand out from all of, let's be honest, the fitness out there.

I'd love to hear, like, how you're using it in the programs themselves and what your thoughts are on adding audio to help people get Rave Results.
27:48
