So I've obviously given a bit of an introduction, but it'd be really helpful to have a bit more of your perspective of how your journey has been up to this point.

Yeah, I'd love to share.

So I guess we'll start at the beginning, and like you had said, I had been a workplace injury that led to a shoulder surgery.

So for me, going into the surgery was like, okay, it'd be, you know, you go for the surgery, six weeks you're, you're back to work, you're back to doing everything you used to do.

I was a marathon runner, I played lady soccer, supermom, the whole thing.

I had my super cape on, and off I was going, in six weeks I'd be back to work.

Much to my surprise, when I woke up from the s- surgery, I had this awful, ungodly pain in my back, and it just changed everything for me, 'cause as I would go to the physios and physios and physios and osteopath and massage, and anybody I could talk to, I was constantly dismissed and saying, "Well, the surgery went well." And even the surgeons, the surgery went well, and that was the whole thing.
