Um, how has that shaped the way that you think about data and, I guess, also safety and, and privacy as well?
9:59
Well, I've always been someone that's been an advocate on the organization side, on the user side.
10:04
You know, like this, this data that we're given, we are, we are caretakers of that data, right? We're being entrusted with someone's email address, their preferences, their intent.
10:16
You know, they're coming to this event to get something out of us, and we definitely want to be able to get something from them in order to make that event better for them, right? But with that, we are their caretakers of their data.

Um, so privacy has been always number one and upfront for me.

Uh, when GDPR compliance first came out many, many years ago, I was like, "Yes, this is where we need to be." I'm actually waiting for the AI compliance, uh, to kind of become more standardized and more international as well, because I think we need that guidance.
10:48
And to give trust, right? To give trust back to, to our attendees that, you know, we're not selling your data to the highest bidder.
15:07
[laughs]
