Vincent, for those who are unfamiliar, could you please give us a quick snapshot of what the program actually is?

Vincent LeeGUEST
Yeah, look, the Educational Ambassador Program is one of the flagship programs for the International Society of Nephrology.

Vincent LeeGUEST
It's been present since 2009, and it's served multiple countries, you know, all around the world.

Vincent LeeGUEST
Low- and middle-income countries, Central, South America, Asia, Europe, South East Asia, South Asia and East Asia, and also hopefully in the Pacific Islands soon as well.

Vincent LeeGUEST
So it's been a wonderful program that's served many countries, and what it does is that we have ambassadors who are expert in a particular field in nephrology, such as we have here with Yassir, in different aspects of nephrology, and they can include things like pathology, interventional nephrology, chronic kidney disease, acute kidney injury, urine sediment examination, transplantation, and many other aspects, POCUS as well.

Vincent LeeGUEST
And these ambassadors, they visit a site in another country, or sometimes in the same country for two weeks, sometimes one week, and they lend their expertise to their country.

So let's scale up, and tell me a little bit about Hunter's Point, what that was trying to achieve and, and I guess how you did it.

Vincent LeeGUEST
It was intended to help be a catalyst for development, right, to a former industrial land.

Vincent LeeGUEST
And in order to do that, that piece of land was not set up for that development, right? So it needed streets, it needed all sorts of utility infrastructure.

Vincent LeeGUEST
And what they wanted to do was provide high quality public space along the waterfront so that it would make it a place that, and a destination for people to wanna go.

Vincent LeeGUEST
At the same time, that waterfront is also, right, located along the East River, right? And again, it's subject to high tides.

If there was one sort of takeaway from the work that you've done that you think would be applicable more internationally that you would like people to reflect on and think, "Well, actually, you know, what we've done here that's really well, what's, what's really excelled for us is," what, what would that be?
