So why don't we hear your overall take on this TAVR NCD and the proposed reconsiderations that are up now for some, some comments from all of us?

Well, thanks, Roxana.

First of all, uh, just to reflect, um, this is a moment that we should recognize the past and then how we can navigate the future, 'cause the future is changing.

But the NCD, for those for-- of your listeners that are not otherwise deep in the weeds, uh, let's just pause for a moment.

The-- When the CMS made the decision to develop a national coverage determination for TAVR, it brought together CMS, FDA, industry, the surgical societies, and the cardiology societies all together to really form one homogeneous way all to benefit patients.

Michael Mack and David Holmes are to, to be credited for bringing STS and ACC together at the time.

And, and that has, as you, uh, outlined in your opening comments, has really led to high quality, safe delivery, and rational dispersion of this technology, which we know is outstanding for patients.

And in, in, on many, many fronts in my mind for the evaluation, it is always great for the patient to hear both sides, isn't it?
