Yeah? Um, I think the main thing that we said is you, the more you put in, the more you get out, and it's all about, like, your attitude and your willingness to put the work in.

[sniffs] And also, I think it's sometimes difficult because you are so excited and you so want to do this skill that you know is booked in for that day and you're prepared.

But I think it's important to let the pla- like, where you're placement, let them know that you would, if possible, in future, one of the patients, could I, could I try taking bloods or could I sedate? Or basically, we said planting the seed and then, because they, once they know that you would like to, then when you have a patient come in that will be a good candidate, they will, they will let you have a go.

But then again, we come back to, like, Shota, I think you said earlier, if sometimes they say no, and that is usu- it feels awful because you're like, "Oh no, my chance is gone." But it could be because it's a very need- like a needle-shy horse or there is something going on.
