I was curious if you could dive a little bit deeper into that for me about, you know, how did this multi-organizational approach, I know you've mentioned a few different folks were involved, how they, you know, really came together and, and why those partnerships and collaborations are so important for the success of the work in Quinte.

Yes, for sure.

So we're in a rural, a growing but rural area, and as you know, like the reality is, is that workforce challenges don't stop at municipal borders, right? So you'll have people, especially in rural areas, we're quite close to Quinte West and some of the other areas.

So you'll have people who live in our city, in our municipality, but they work...

You know, they have multiple jobs.

They may work in other municipalities.

So when this started many years ago, I mean, that really was why it made sense that Belleville and Quinte West, which were the larger of the, the two municipalities in the region, came together and decided that, that we would be much stronger if we worked in partnership.

I'm curious, how has this work impacted the local workforce and the community so far? And then also dovetailing with that, what has winning this EDCO award meant to you, to your team, and to the different partners who've been involved?
