what you have a responsibility to do around your knowledge of AI and your hope for it?

I think it goes all the way back to that vision that we have and the prioritization of what's the first next step.

So for my leadership role within the district, I am one of the high level leaders in the district, but I still have people above me that I need to talk to and work with and plan with and everything else.

And so a lot of my leadership pieces are relating to you have to look at it in layers.

And so as a leader, I'm always having to look at it from, okay, I'm here at the national level.

Now I need to go down and look at it at the regional level.

Who do I need to talk to and who do I need to impact at this level? And then let's look at the campus level.

Do you find that usually you're starting a discussion with someone where they're on the back foot rather than the front foot?
