So I kinda got to the point where I just stopped having conflicts, and I think the depth of my relationship suffered, but I didn't realize that for a long time.

Like, I remember certain conflicts, like there was a, a friend once for a birthday party that I was having, um, showed up like two hours late after knowing it was important to me, and then I mentioned that I was upset about it, and then that person immediately distanced themselves for a couple months.
