So we happen to be downtown and our downtown has evolved in the last few years and it's kind of gaining back the same traction that it had pre-COVID.

And there was an art gallery that is three doors down from me that it's period and the type of shows.

And Philip, who is the owner of the gallery, has a similar point of view where we are local, but we think globally and we bring it back to local.
