Absolutely.

But I think, you know, so for me personally, those are absolutely values I want to live by as well.

So actually to be able to kind of, as a Christian, be thinking about how you live by them in your day-to-day life, but actually in my working life, you know, being able to live by those values.

And as a team, we really, we bring them into our conversations when we meet one-to-one within our teams.

We look at our values and we think about how are we doing with those values? What are the things that we're tangibly doing in our day-to-day? We've got kind of benchmarks and criteria we sort of talk about to just really check in and not have them as these sort of words that are on a website somewhere, but we're not living by.

So I love the fact that they're kind of embedded in Growing Hope.

And I think, you know, that core value of hope is actually something that I feel like God has really grown in me as I've been working for Growing Hope.
