So it's a sector here that has the potential to really lift the region up and we have to find greater pathways to make that happen.

And I'd love to piggyback off that.

Thank you, Ashish.

And with thinking about preparing the youth, we have to really think about pathway pipeline programs, right? I remember a time, dating myself, when we couldn't go anywhere without printing a MapQuest map to give us any direction anywhere, right? Same thing nowadays, right? Now we have Google Maps, Apple Maps, but it's the same thing.

We're not going to go anywhere without a map.

guide so that we are sure that we're gonna end up at that end point right so that's this very same thought that we need to be thinking about for the students creating a pathway a visual that they can physically see where they're at today versus where they're going to be in the future that's what helps motivates them that's what helps give them that drive when they're able to see it at the current state because education yes it is in sense, a theory, right? When you're going to school, they're giving you theory, right? Nothing to apply unless you're doing math, which I'm not great at.

So sorry, mom and dad.

Do you have any advice on how to scale a successful college to career pathway?
