And in those years, you're in the generative phase.

So we tend to have the urge to create, to get things done, to show something for why we're here.

And so for us women, sometimes when we have a spouse that's in a generative phase, this sounds very stereotypical, but we get so irritated when our spouse is working endless hours.

Yeah.

For them, it may be a job requirement, but it also may help them feel more generative.

But if a parent is wondering, can they get a sparkle credit? Can they add that to their transcript? How would you decide how many credits it is or how many hours a child would need or a teenager would need to practice or study in order to get a certain credit?
