We're, we're starting to notice that, you know, people finding they have their own solutions, but we're, we're, we're giving the space, um, and we're using the right questions to, to open that up and to be able to hear that, and then that, you know, that, that changes how we practice in terms of, you know, listening and, um, really being in tune with where the person wants to go, what direction they want to take with solving their problems.

So I, I think it is that reflection always on we- we've done this, we've made this change, what, what do we feel the impact of that is? Um, uh, we, we set up a rehab group where we use some co-design with people, um, to see what they wanted from a rehab group, and again, sort of using that, using that in, um, the f- setting up the structure of the group, but then coming back to people afterwards and saying, "Actually, well, how, how did this feel?"
