And I'd love to know what stood out to you the most from that research.

Yes, thank you.

And I mean, it was such a privilege to be able to work on that report.

I worked with a team of researchers.

My immediate team were two black women and another Asian woman.

So it was an absolute privilege to work with them on that research.

And I mean, at first, actually, I didn't actually want to be part of the team because I said, no, I can't do this.

Have you seen that throughout your career, either through your research or your own lived experience?

What is your research on this? What have you found out?

I mean, my PhD, which is, uh, qualitative research, so I interviewed 50, 50 women in music at varying career stages, although most, most were decades into their c- careers, and some of them very high, high level.

And I've heard stories about this repeatedly.

W- you know, women musicians in bands being paid less Than the men in the same band, on worse record, record con- contracts.

Women in business who are clearly doing job of a certain level, but not being given the title and therefore the salary commensurate to the responsibilities that they were, that they were doing.

So in every sort of career pathway, blocks on their career progression, so this, this glass ceiling.

Despite being phenomenally qualified [laughs] and exceptionally talented, all of the women I, I spoke to.

How does that contribute to this conversation?
